Informacja dla kandydatów – szacunek dla kandydatów
Kandydaci powinni mieć możliwość zasięgnięcia dodatkowej informacji dotyczącej stanowiska i zakresu pracy, którą mieliby wykonywać. Informacja ta powinna być dostępna w formie wygodnej dla kandydatów, a najlepiej umożliwić bezpośredni kontakt z osobą mogącą udzielić odpowiedzi na podstawowe pytania związane ze stanowiskiem, na które odbywa się rekrutacja. Trzeba przyznać, że tego rodzaju rozwiązania w polskiej praktyce stosowane są niezmiernie rzadko. Tym czasem w wielu krajach zachodnich, np. w Wielkiej Brytanii stanowią istotny element procedur rekrutacyjnych. Kandydaci powinni otrzymać obszerny zestaw informacji, umożliwiający im rozważenie, czy należy ubiegać się o pracę na danym stanowisku. Szczególnie osoby starsze, z większym doświadczeniem zawodowym mogą być zainteresowane taką informacją.
