W związku z planami zintensyfikowania działań marketingowych w linii produktowej stanowiącej podstawową ofertę firmy, poszukujemy obecnie doświadczonej i kreatywnej osoby na stanowisko Brand Manager'a.

Podstawowe zadania i zakres odpowiedzialności:
• Opracowywanie strategii marketingowej i zarządzanie jedną z wiodących marek;
• Kreowanie i rozwój nowych produktów;
• Zarządzanie budżetem oraz powierzonymi środkami w ramach prowadzonych działań;
• Przygotowywanie założeń do kampanii reklamowych;
• Planowanie mediów;
• Współpraca z agencjami reklamowymi i innymi firmami wspierającymi w obszarze działań marketingowych;
• Nadzór nad realizacją działań reklamowych;
• Analizowanie wyników badań marketingowych oraz danych rynkowych i wyciąganie wniosków przekładających się na strategię zarządzania marką;
• Analiza wewnętrznych wyników sprzedaży;
• Nadzór funkcjonalny i merytoryczny nad podległymi pracownikami;

Wymagane doświadczenie i wykształcenie:
• Wykształcenie wyższe; mile widziane wykształcenie o profilu marketingowym i/lub ekonomicznym;
• Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu marki/marek w branży FMCG;
• Potwierdzone sukcesami wdrożenia kampanii marketingowych, budowania kompetencji marki;
• Doświadczenie we współpracy z domami mediowymi, agencjami kreatywnymi i badawczymi.

Wymagana wiedza i umiejętności:
• Bardzo dobra praktyczna znajomość technik i narzędzi marketingowych, a także wiedza z zakresu badań rynkowych, pozycjonowania, komunikacji marek;
• Umiejętność zarządzania budżetami marketingowymi i budowania strategii marketingowych;
• Biegła znajomość obsługi komputera i pakiet Microsoft Office.

• Pasja oraz wysokie kompetencje marketingowe; potrzeba nowych wyzwań i działań;
• Kreatywność;
• Zdolności negocjacyjne, umiejętność zarządzania projektami pod presją czasu
