Firma L.GRANT HR Consulting realizuje projekt pn. „Koło ratunkowe - kompleksowy program outplacementowy dla pracowników Zakładu Konstrukcji Spawanych Łabędy sp. z o.o.”
Źródło dofinansowania: projekt współfinansowany z budżetu państwa oraz ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego i realizowany przez Organizatora w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Śląskiego na lata 2014 – 2020, Oś Priorytetowa VII. Regionalny rynek pracy, Działanie 7.4. Wspomaganie procesów adaptacji do zmian na regionalnym rynku pracy (działania z zakresu outplacementu). Poddziałanie: 7.4.2. Outplacement - konkurs.

Okres realizacji: od 01.09.2017 r. do 31.08.2019 r.
Cel główny:
Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost do końca sierpnia 2019 r. motywacji i aktywności zawodowej oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji i/lub kompetencji 240 pracowników Zakładu Konstrukcji Spawanych Łabędy sp. z o.o. prowadzące do podjęcia lub utrzymania przez nich zatrudnienia.
Projekt skierowany do:
Projekt ma charakter zamknięty i jest dedykowany wyłącznie pracownikom Zakładu Konstrukcji Spawanych Łabędy sp. z o.o. - przedsiębiorstwa przechodzącego procesy restrukturyzacyjne. Grupę docelową stanowią pracownicy zagrożeni zwolnieniem, przewidziani do zwolnienia lub osoby zwolnione z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy. W przypadku pracowników zwolnionych z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy wsparcie zaplanowane do realizacji jest skierowane wyłącznie do osób, które utraciły zatrudnienie w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed przystąpieniem do projektu.
Rodzaj przyznanego wsparcia:
Wsparcie projektowe udzielane będzie w wymiarze:
- 6 godzin zegarowych indywidualnego doradztwa zawodowego,
- 6 godzin zegarowych poradnictwa psychologicznego,
- 5 godzin zegarowych coachingu motywacyjnego i zawodowego,
- średnio 150 godzin dydaktycznych szkolenia (kursy zawodowe, językowe, komputerowe i/lub miękkie),
- 8 godzin indywidualnego pośrednictwa pracy.
Organizator zapewnia wsparcie towarzyszące związane z udziałem w projekcie takie jak materiały szkoleniowe oraz catering podczas szkoleń (przy szkoleniu w wymiarze co najmniej 4 godziny lekcyjne dziennie), stypendium szkoleniowe (dla uczestników pozostających bez zatrudnienia), opłaty egzaminacyjne, badania lekarskie i testy psychologiczne, dodatek relokacyjny.
Partnerem projektu jest Fundacja Rozwoju Regionów, z siedzibą przy ul. I Brygady 6, 33-300 Nowy Sącz oraz oddziałami w Krakowie, Opolu i Katowicach.
