Wypełniając obowiązek wynikający z art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (zwanego dalej: RODO) informujemy, iż:
1. Administratorem danych osobowych jest Albert Binda prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod nazwą L.GRANT Polska Albert Binda, NIP 6462090259, ul. Moniuszki 3/N, 40-005 Katowice, e-mail: lgrant@lgrant.com, nr tel. 32 782 64 80, korzystający w obrocie gospodarczym również z nazwy handlowej L.GRANT HR Consulting.
2. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do wykonania umowy zawartej z firmą L.GRANT Polska Albert Binda lub przesłania aplikacji na prowadzone przez firmę procesy rekrutacyjne.
3. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez Administratora danych wyłącznie w celu:
• wykonania zawartej umowy;
• prowadzenia procesów rekrutacyjnych w imieniu pracodawców zlecających je firmie L.GRANT HR Consulting;
• spełnienia nałożonych na Administratora danych obowiązków przewidzianych w przepisach prawa;
• dochodzenia roszczeń i obroną przed roszczeniami związanymi z wykonaniem zawartej umowy.
4. Podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych osobowych jest:
• niezbędność przetwarzania danych do wykonania zawartej umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO) – w zakresie wykonania zawartych umów i uczestnictwa w szkoleniach prowadzonych przez Administratora;
• wypełnienie obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na Administratorze (art. 6 ust 1 lit. c RODO) – w zakresie spełnienia nałożonych na Administratora danych obowiązków przewidzianych w przepisach prawa (np. w zakresie prowadzenia księgowości);
• prawnie usprawiedliwiony interes Administratora danych polegający na dochodzeniu i obronie w razie zaistnienia wzajemnych roszczeń (art. 6 ust 1 lit. f RODO).
5. Przetwarzanie danych osobowych obejmuje udostępnianie danych osobowych na podstawie i w granicach prawa innym odbiorcom lub kategoriom odbiorców tj.:
• organom publicznym, instytucjom i innym podmiotom uprawnionym do dostępu lub otrzymania danych osobowych;
• właściwym podmiotom oraz dostawcom niezbędnych usług przetwarzających dane osobowe w imieniu Administratora na podstawie umów powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych.
• pracodawcom zlecającym prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych firmie L.GRANT HR Consulting wyłącznie na potrzeby procesu rekrutacyjnego oraz przyszłych rekrutacji.
6. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres obowiązywania zawartej umowy lub do momentu odwołania zgody w przypadku danych przekazanych na potrzeby procesu rekrutacyjnego, a po tym czasie przez okres przedawnienia roszczeń określony w przepisach prawa – w celu dochodzenia roszczeń przez Administratora danych i obrony przed ewentualnymi roszczeniami.
7. W granicach określonych przepisami prawa powszechnie obowiązującego posiada Pani/Pan prawo do żądania od Administratora danych:
• dostępu do treści Pani/Pana danych osobowych (uzyskania informacji o przetwarzanych danych oraz otrzymania ich kopii),
• prawo do sprostowania Pani/Pana danych osobowych,
• prawo do usunięcia Pani/Pana danych osobowych,
• prawo do żądania ograniczenia przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych,
• prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu z przyczyn związanych ze szczególną sytuacją danej osoby – w zakresie przetwarzania danych osobowych na podstawie prawnie usprawiedliwionych interesów administratora; w przypadku wniesienia sprzeciwu administrator danych przeanalizuje czy istnieją prawne podstawy do przetwarzania danych wnoszącego sprzeciw, nadrzędne wobec praw tej osoby.
