Jednym z naszych klientów jest duża firma, dynamicznie rozwijająca się w skali międzynarodowej. W związku z potrzebą zapewnienia profesjonalnego wsparcia dla codziennej pracy Dyrektora Generalnego tej firmy.

Podstawowe zadania i zakres odpowiedzialności:
• Wykonywanie różnego rodzaju prac administracyjnych w ramach sekretariatu, mających na celu wspieranie Dyrektora Generalnego w jego codziennych obowiązkach;
• Prowadzenie kalendarza spotkań, obsługa i organizacja spotkań wewnętrznych, zapewnienie najwyższych standardów obsługi gości Dyrektora Generalnego;
• Organizacja wyjazdów służbowych krajowych i zagranicznych;
• Przygotowywanie raportów, podsumowań, zestawień, redagowanie pism, edycja i formatowanie dokumentów, sprawdzanie i weryfikacja wybranych informacji, etc.
• Obsługa korespondencji przychodzącej i wychodzącej, zapewnienie prawidłowego i płynnego obiegu informacji i dokumentów wewnątrz firmy przy zachowaniu bezpieczeństwa i poufności informacji,;
• Współpraca z innymi działami wewnątrz organizacji – krajowymi i zagranicznymi;
• Dbałość o bardzo dobrą atmosferę pracy oraz najwyższy poziom obsługi pracowników i kontrahentów firmy.

Wymagane doświadczenie i wykształcenie:
• Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku lub chęć rozwoju w tym obszarze.

Wymagana wiedza i umiejętności:
• Płynna obsługa komputera (MS Office, Internet, etc.);
• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (warunek konieczny);
• Znajomość ogólnych zasad redagowania pism o zróżnicowanym charakterze;
