At present, we are pleased to work for an instant food manufacturer, which has a wide range of retail products as well as semi-finished powdered products addressed to food industry all over the world. With modern production and laboratory facilities, the company is constantly expanding the range of offered products and its production capacity. At the moment, due to the further development of spray drying technology, we are looking for experienced technologist to join R&D team of this company: Senior Food Technologist R&D.

Podstawowe zadania i zakres odpowiedzialności:
The Research and Development (R&D) department of our company currently consists of 9 people who are working on new solutions for products and semi-finished powdered products based on ingredients obtained in the spray drying process. Our products are addressed to producers of end products all over the world (instant products and drinks, coffee blends, nutrients, additives, aromas, dietary supplements, dairy products, whiteners, fruit and vegetable powders, etc.). Working in our team is a combination of extremely interesting and engaging challenges covering three main areas: tests and laboratory work, supervision over the technological process and participation in meetings with clients around the world, so that we understand their needs and expectations. The scope of duties includes in particular:
• design and effective implementation of new products;
• analysis of the instant products market, designing innovative products as well as defining and creating new directions of development;
• conducting tests on a laboratory and production scale in the field of new products and processes (modernization of technological lines, new investments);
• technological supervision over the optimization of recipes and processes as well as the maintenance of quality standards;
• solving quality and production problems;
• selection of new raw materials, verification and acceptance of alternative raw materials;
• preparation of product tasting and summary reports;
• preparing a preliminary product calculation;
• development and supervision of technological documentation;
• direct contact with a customers’ technological teams;
• international and domestic meetings with customers;
• conducting meetings and presentations for internal and external clients;
• participation in industry events.

Wymagane doświadczenie i wykształcenie:
• higher education in the field of food sciences (e.g. food technology, chemical technology, chemical and process engineering, biotechnology, quality management, commodity science);
• experience track as a food technologist (laboratory, implementation, production process);
• experience in development of nutrition products and solutions, product labeling and quality control.

Wymagana wiedza i umiejętności:
• practical knowledge of spray drying processes and agglomeration of multicomponent systems will be a great advantage;
• communicative knowledge of written and spoken English, other foreign languages will be appreciated.

Wymagane predyspozycje i cechy osobowości:
• availability and readiness to undertake international business trips;
• good organization of work, ability to think analytically, plan and make decisions;
• creativity, commitment and experience in working with a team;
• ability to conduct presentations.
