Idea gry
Celem gry strategicznej jest stworzenie fikcyjnej sytuacji, podczas której uczestnicy podzieleni na zespoły, aby osiągnąć wspólny cel i jak największą ilość punktów będą musieli wybrać pomiędzy podejściem zorientowanym na współpracę lub na rywalizację. Gra podzielona jest na kilka etapów, w czasie których zespoły muszą podejmować określone decyzje, których wynik uzależniony jest w znacznej części od decyzji, które podejmą inne zespoły. W miarę postępu gry, zespoły otrzymują coraz więcej uprawnień dotyczących możliwości wzajemnego kontaktowania się i uzgadniania wspólnego stanowiska.
Celem finalnym gry osiągnięcie stanu, w którym wszyscy jako grupa osiągną jak największą
liczbę punktów, jednak punktowane są przede wszystkim osiągnięcia poszczególnych zespołów.
W praktyce skłania to znaczną część uczestników do wyboru podejścia rywalizacyjnego.
Bardzo często efektem gry jest doprowadzenie do sytuacji, w której końcowa suma punktów
jest niższa niż wyjściowa. Zachowania uczestników, podejmowane negocjacje pomiędzy grupami oraz dokonywane wybory skłaniają do wielu refleksji dotyczących współdziałania oraz rywalizacji. Po grze następuje dyskusja z trenerem dotycząca modelu pojawiających się zachowań, konsekwencji określonych postaw oraz założeń i stereotypów, które towarzyszą nam w podejmowaniu codziennych decyzji.
Wyciągane wnioski dotyczą również wzajemnej komunikacji, przestrzegania zasad fair-play
oraz umiejętności osiągania efektu synergii. W trakcie dyskusji moderowanej uczestnicy sami
dochodzą do właściwych wniosków dotyczących zasad i postaw, które gwarantują największą
skuteczność podejmowanych działań.
Po zasadniczej części treningu, jaką jest fabularyzowana gra strategiczna uczestnicy przechodzą przez krótki trening podejmowania optymalnych decyzji przez grupę, dzielenia się wiedzą oraz efektywnej komunikacji.
Warsztat kończy się wypracowaniem wspólnych celów dla danej grupy, które mają doprowadzić do poprawy współpracy i zwiększenia zaangażowania pracowniczego.
W trakcie warsztatu zostaną poruszone następujące zagadnienia:

• Korzyści wynikające z postawy zorientowanej na współpracę i osiągnięcia efektu synergii

Fabuła gry dotyczy fikcyjnej "Twierdzy Rven", która jest w stanie oblężenia podczas wojny toczonej miedzy dwoma starożytnymi królestwami. Wszyscy uczestnicy wiedzą, jakie konsekwencje mogą wywołać ich różne decyzje i widzą
ich potencjalne korzyści lub zagrożenia. Podejmując decyzje, nie wiedzą jednak jakie są decyzje innych grup – o tym, po każdym etapie informuje prowadzący (trener), który pokazuje jednocześnie jakie są konsekwencje tych decyzji oraz w jaki sposób zmieniła się sytuacja. Wyniki bardzo często wpływają na sposób podejmowania decyzji przez zespół w kolejnych etapach gry (np. pomimo ustalenia wspólnego stanowiska, jeden z zespołów wyłamuje się i podejmuje inną decyzję licząc na dodatkowe punkty, etc.).
Metodologia szkolenia
Zastosowane są następujące metody kształtujące praktyczne umiejętności wykorzystania nabytej wiedzy w codziennej pracy: dyskusja, dyskusja moderowana, gra symulacyjna na podstawie przedstawionych danych, role playing, zadania praktyczne indywidualne i zadania praktyczne moderowane dla całej grupy.
