Cele szkolenia:
Sukces w pracy menedżerów, a tym samym sukces działów przez nich zarządzanych i całej organizacji zależy w dużym stopniu od posiadanych przez nich umiejętności zawodowych i specjalistycznych, kompetencji menedżerskich, organizacyjnych i interpersonalnych oraz motywacji do ich efektywnego wykorzystywania. Które z tych kompetencji są jednak najważniejsze? Jakie cechy determinują sukces w pracy menedżera?
Analizy karier menedżerów efektywnych i nieefektywnych pokazują, że takie umiejętności jak motywowanie, organizowanie i kontrolowanie pracy podwładnych zgodnie z ich cechami indywidualnymi (osobowością, temperamentem czy rodzajem motywacji do pracy) jest kluczem do sukcesu w zarządzaniu ludźmi i rozwoju kapitału ludzkiego, przyczyniającego się do zwiększania efektywności i siły organizacji.
Celem proponowanego szkolenia jest pokazanie roli rozpoznania cech osobowości i temperamentu dla efektywności zespołów pracowniczych a także poprawa umiejętności kadry kierowniczej w zakresie doboru, motywowania, kierowania i rozwijania pracowników zgodnie z naturalnymi predyspozycjami psychicznymi, cechami osobowości i temperamentu.
Szkolenie oparte jest na jednej z najbardziej znanych koncepcji umożliwiającej poznanie i zrozumienie różnic osobowości, czyli koncepcji typów psychologicznych C.G. Junga oraz przygotowanym na jej podstawie autorskim narzędziu L.GRANT, diagnozującym typ osobowości - CCQ (Career Capital Questionnaire).
W trakcie szkolenia uczestnicy poznają różne typy osobowości i temperamentu i ich wpływ na sferę zawodową. Zdobędą także wiedzę na temat mocnych i słabych stron osób prezentujących różne typy osobowości i dostosowania do nich rodzaju aktywności ( zadań, projektów, powierzanych funkcji i ról w organizacji) oraz sposobów na rozwijanie mocnych stron pracowników o różnych typach psychologicznych. Poznają także znaczenie oraz preferencje w zakresie stosowania narzędzi motywowania najbardziej pożądanych i efektywnych w przypadku osób o różnych typach osobowościowo - temperamentalnych. Dodatkową korzyścią ze szkolenia dla jego uczestników jest lepsze poznanie swoich kluczowych cech osobowościowych a także większe zrozumienie mocnych i słabszych cech zespołu a więc tak naprawdę poprawa współpracy i komunikacji w zespole.

Metodologia szkolenia:
Część Wykłady:
Wykład interaktywny, angażujący uczestników (pytania – odpowiedzi, dyskusja), przeplatany sesjami warsztatowymi, prowadzony w układzie dedukcyjnym, czyli „analiza przypadku generalizacja ujęcie teoretyczne” oraz indukcyjnym w zależności od omawianego tematu. Omówienie zagadnień merytorycznych jest prowadzone w oparciu o prezentację multimedialną, w odniesieniu do modelowych zastosowań oraz realnych przypadków.
Część Warsztaty:
Sesje warsztatowe następują dynamicznie po blokach wykładowych, tak aby uczestnicy mieli okazję sprawdzenia swojej wiedzy. Zastosowane są następujące metody kształtujące praktyczne umiejętności wykorzystania nabytej wiedzy w codziennej pracy: dyskusja, dyskusja moderowana, burza mózgów, debata, analizy i zadania symulacyjne na podstawie przedstawionych danych, role playing, gry, transformacje graficzne, zadania praktyczne indywidualne (autoanaliza m.in. z wykorzystaniem autorskiego Kwestionariusza Potencjału Zawodowego CCQ oraz Kwestionariusza Temperamentu FCZ- KT) i zadania praktyczne moderowane dla całej grupy,. Jako szkielet konstrukcyjny treningu i sesji treningowych zostanie wykorzystany eksperymentalny cykl uczenia się wg. Kolba: doświadczenie obserwacja i refleksja nad doświadczeniem wyciąganie wniosków planowanie dalszych działań w różnym zestawieniu punktu wyjściowego w zależności od tematyki i celów szkoleniowych.
