Jakie są cele programów outplacement?
Z naszych doświadczeń wynika, że decydując się na outplacement zarządy firm zamierzają zrealizować następujące cele:
- pomoc odchodzącym, wieloletnim pracownikom firmy, w odnalezieniu się na rynku pracy i zdobyciu umiejętności i kwalifikacji, które zabezpieczą ich najbliższą przyszłość zawodową;
