Wnioski z rozmów oraz wyniki sesji testowych przedstawiamy w raportach indywidualnych lub raporcie zbiorczym zawierającym analizę porównawczą kompetencji rekomendowanych osób. W raporcie finalnym znajdziemy także między innymi pełen profil psychologiczny rekomendowanego kandydata/tki, a w przypadku stanowisk kierowniczych lub wyższego szczebla - preferowany przez Niego/ Nią styl kierowania, analizę SWOT menedżera czy też sugestie dotyczące kierunków Jego/ Jej dalszego rozwoju.
Spotkania wskazanych kandydatów z przedstawicielami firmy Klienta
Zaakceptowane osoby umawiamy na spotkania w lokalizacji wskazanej przez Klienta, a niejednokrotnie na życzenie udostępniamy własną bazę lokalową. Zawsze służymy wsparciem podczas dalszych rozmów pomiędzy Kandydatem a Klientem, jeżeli zaistnieje taka potrzeba.
Nasze usługi objęte są 6 miesięczną gwarancją w przypadku stanowisk specjalistycznych, 9 miesięczną dla stanowisk kierowniczych oraz 12 miesięczną w przypadku stanowisk dyrektorskich lub top management.
Oznacza to, że jeśli w tym czasie zatrudniony kandydat odejdzie z własnej inicjatywy lub zostanie zwolniony ze względu na niespełnienie stawianych przed nim oczekiwań, nasza firma będzie zobowiązana do przedstawienia kolejnych kandydatów, aż do momentu zatrudnienia nowej osoby na tym stanowisku.
