Podstawowe zadania i zakres odpowiedzialności:
W związku z intensywnym rozwojem firmy, oferta skierowana jest zarówno do osób posiadających już doświadczenie w technologii produkcji żywności jak i do osób dopiero rozpoczynających swoją karierę w tym obszarze. Dział Badań i Rozwoju (R&D) firmy to obecnie kilkanaście osób, które pracują nad nowymi recepturami produktów i półproduktów, dla których bazą są składniki uzyskiwane w procesie suszenia rozpyłowego. Z naszej oferty korzystają producenci produktów końcowych na całym świecie (produkty i napoje typu instant, mieszanki kawowe, odżywki, dodatki, aromaty, suplementy diety, produkty mleczne, zabielacze, proszki owocowo-warzywne, etc.). Praca w naszym zespole to połączenie niezwykle ciekawych i angażujących wyzwań obejmujących trzy główne obszary: testy i prace laboratoryjne, nadzór nad procesem technologicznym oraz uczestnictwo w spotkaniach z klientami na całym świecie, tak by dobrze zrozumieć ich potrzeby i oczekiwania. Zakres obowiązków w szczególności obejmuje:
• udział w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu nowych produktów do procesu produkcyjnego;
• prowadzenie testów na skalę laboratoryjną i produkcyjną w zakresie nowych produktów i procesów;
• definiowanie nowych typów produktów w odpowiedzi na pojawiające się trendy na rynku produktów typu instant;
• optymalizowanie receptur i procesów oraz utrzymywanie standardów jakościowych;
• rozwiązywanie problemów jakościowych i produkcyjnych;
• dobór nowych surowców, weryfikację i akceptację surowców alternatywnych;
• przygotowanie degustacji produktów i raportów podsumowujących;
• sporządzanie wstępnej kalkulacji wyrobów;
• opracowywanie i nadzór nad dokumentacją technologiczną;
• bezpośredni kontakt z klientem biznesowym;
• wspólne wizyty z managerem ds. sprzedaży u klientów krajowych i zagranicznych;
• prowadzenie spotkań i prezentacji dla klientów wewnętrznych oraz zewnętrznych;
• udział w imprezach branżowych;
• wsparcie merytoryczne dla innych działów firmy w zakresie posiadanych kompetencji.
Wymagane doświadczenie i wykształcenie:
• wykształcenie wyższe z obszaru nauk o żywności (np. technologia żywności, technologia chemiczna, inżynieria chemiczna i procesowa, biotechnologia, zarządzanie jakością, towaroznawstwo);
