Firma z sukcesem eksportuje swoje wyroby do ok. 70 krajów na wszystkich kontynentach, promując swoje marki a także będąc dostawcą dla marek własnych lokalnych sieci sprzedaży. W związku z rosnącym wolumenem sprzedaży na rynkach zagranicznych, poszukujemy dla niej energicznych i przedsiębiorczych kandydatów z doświadczeniem w sprzedaży eksportowej na stanowisko: Manager ds. Sprzedaży Eksportowej.
Podstawowe zadania i zakres odpowiedzialności:
• Rozwój współpracy z obecnymi kontrahentami firmy na powierzonych rynkach oraz odpowiedzialność za przydzielony wolumen sprzedaży i jego intensyfikację.
• Kreowanie działań marketingowych, dbanie o ich optymalną realizację oraz rozliczanie w ramach przyznanych kontrahentom budżetów marketingowych w celu wzrostu wolumenu sprzedaży, udziałów rynkowych i dystrybucji na powierzonych rynkach.
• Dostosowywanie oferty produktowej do poszczególnych rynków i kanałów dystrybucji oraz optymalizacja portfolio.
• Pozyskiwanie nowych kontrahentów, prowadzenie negocjacji i kreowanie oraz przestrzeganie przyjętej strategii handlowej.
• Zapewnienie płynnej i satysfakcjonującej komunikacji pomiędzy klientami a firmą.
• Przygotowanie dokumentacji do prawidłowego przeprowadzenia certyfikacji eksportowych produktów oraz koordynowanie audytów jakościowych wymaganych przez kraj importera.
• Współpraca z innymi działami w zakresie opakowania produktów – ustalenie tekstów, wprowadzenie niezbędnych zmian w zależności od potrzeb danego rynku.
• Czynności związane z przygotowaniem do targów oraz reprezentowanie firmy na targach.
• Kontrola bieżących zobowiązań finansowych kontrahentów zagranicznych.
• Koordynowanie przygotowań do wysyłki – zmiany zamówienia, rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów przy wysyłkach.
• Ubezpieczanie klientów zagranicznych i monitorowanie należności w ramach udzielonego kredytu kupieckiego.
• Okresowe spotkania z aktualnymi oraz potencjalnymi kontrahentami i klientami firmy na powierzonych rynkach.
Wymagane doświadczenie i wykształcenie:
• wykształcenie wyższe (mile widziane w zakresie handlu międzynarodowego);
• min. 2 letnie doświadczenie w eksporcie lub sprzedaży na rynkach zagranicznych, mile widziane w branży produktów FMCG,
Wymagana wiedza i umiejętności:
• bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie;
• znajomość innego języka obcego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację, np.: francuskiego, arabskiego, hiszpańskiego, rosyjskiego;
• znajomość procedur eksportowych,
