Our customer is Europe's leading designer and producer of lithium-ion battery systems. Due to significant grow of its unit localised on Silesia, we are currently looking for Material Planning Specialist.

Podstawowe zadania i zakres odpowiedzialności:
• Checking the material availability according to customer orders
• Issue the Purchase orders on time taking into consideration the lead time and customer demands
• Prepare the long term forecast to the suppliers
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and react if the shipments are not on time
• Incoming stock optimization ( reduction of MOQ, consignment stock implementation etc)
• Updating the system ( MRP) with supplier lead time, delivery terms, min & max stock
• Verification of invoices received from suppliers: quantities, prices
• Cooperating with purchasing for prices negotiation, report preparation
• Participate in supplier evaluation , monitoring of supplier performance .

Wymagane doświadczenie i wykształcenie:
• Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written);
• Knowledge of German would be an advantage;
• Experience in logistic area – 3 years
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel;
• Higher education (economy/logistic);
• Required analytical thinking and scrupulousness.
