Our Client is the world’s largest producer and wholesaler of consumer electronics from wellness sector. Due to its significant grow on European market and establishing new factory in Poland, we’re currently looking for experienced person for the role of:

Podstawowe zadania i zakres odpowiedzialności:
The Role
• Present in a timely manner all monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, yearend reports and cash management reports
• Preparing monthly management reports and interpret financial results
• Performing budgeting and financial forecast based on the annual business plan, and review periodically to ensure the operation is run within approved budget
• Identifying performance gaps and opportunities for cost efficiency improvement
• Responsible for developing, overseeing and controlling the business's finance and accounting methods, practices and procedures
• Consolidate the financial reports of Client's EU businesses in different countries across Europe;
• Oversee and control the accounting practice of Client's EU businesses in different countries. Establish, implement and monitor the procedure and system that would ensure the integrity of the financial operation across different subsidiaries in EU;
• Develop the asset register and the acquisition and disposal process
• Work with the executive team and the board reporting KPI's
• Supervision of accounts payable, receivable and general ledger.
• Production of reporting for the local management team.
• Manage the day to day treasury and debt and liaison with bankers.

Wymagane doświadczenie i wykształcenie:
Requirement:
• Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Accounting or Finance related discipline;
• CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent;
• Experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in accounting/financial reporting field
• Previous experience on multinational organization a big plus!
• Understand the accounting standard and taxation rules across different EU countries
• Must have a great "can-do" attitude and be able to work both independently and in a team oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Self-motivation and initiative.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work with strict timelines
• Desire to develop new financial systems and manage and grow with the role
